Last updated: June 1, 2026

At Prime Sports Athletes we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, for what purpose, on what legal basis and what rights you have over it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for processing your data is Pablo Villoslada Reyes (hereinafter, “Prime Sports Athletes”), with tax ID 02281683Z, registered office at Calle Sagasta 15, 28003 Madrid and contact email info@primesportsathletes.com.

2. What data we collect

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through our contact and registration forms:

  • Sports and academic profile data: age, gender, sport, position, education level and school.
  • Free message: any additional information you choose to include.
We also collect technical browsing data through cookies, as detailed in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose

We process your data in order to:
  • Respond to your requests for information and get in touch with you.
  • Assess your application to our programs, scholarships, showcases, tryouts and sports tours.
  • Manage the relationship arising from the services we provide.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by checking the acceptance box and submitting the form, as well as the application of pre-contractual measures requested by you. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

5. Minors

Part of our audience are student-athletes who may be minors. If you are under 14 years old, you need the consent of your parents or legal guardians to provide us with your data. By submitting a form on behalf of a minor, you declare that you have such authorization.

6. Recipients and providers

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. To provide the service we rely on technology providers acting as data processors:
  • Resend — sending the emails generated by the forms.
  • Supabase — secure storage of the messages received.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, international transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).

7. How long we keep your data

We will keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, once it ends, for the legally required periods to handle any potential liabilities. Once those periods have elapsed, your data will be deleted.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@primesportsathletes.com, stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
